What makes Nutripherol different
While traditional tocopherols are sourced primarily from Soybean, one of the most widespread GMO crops worldwide and associated with numerous food allergies, Nutripherol consists of natural tocopherols sourced exclusively from European 00 Rapeseed.
Nutripherol protects oils and fats from rancidity, which adversely affects finished products’ smell, taste and color and reduces their shelf life.
In accelerated performance tests using Rancimat, Nutripherol delivers virtually identical protection when compared to the same concentration of soybean-sourced tocopherols, with all the benefits of a clean-label product.
